Exchange & Return

EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges within 7 days after delivery for all domestic (Malaysia) orders and within 14 days after delivery for all international (Non-Malaysia) orders.

Exchanges are only valid for defect products.

Items purchased during sales are not eligible for exchange.

All items must be returned in original condition, not opened or unsealed any way. The management of STARHAIRE reserves the rights to reject the returned items based on our discretion.

Please email: starhaire.my@gmail.com with the following information: -

  • Your Name (As per invoice)
  • Your email address 
  • Invoice number / Order ID
  • Reason for exchange.

Please attached pictures to proof the wrong item(s) sent or defective.

If you would like to exchange to other product(s), please state clearly the product name and quantity that you want us to send to you.

Once we receive your exchange request, we will reach you out and guide you how to ship the product to us. Shipment fee will be borne by buyer. 

 

RETURN

We accept returns due to wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s) within 7 days after delivery for all domestic (Malaysia) orders and within 14 days after delivery for all international (Non-Malaysia) orders.

All items must be returned in original condition, not opened or unsealed any way. The management of STARHAIRE reserves the rights to reject the returned items based on our discretion.

  • Your Name (As per invoice)
  • Your email address (As per your registered account name in www.myballerine.sg)
  • Invoice number / Order ID
  • Reason for return.

Please attached pictures to proof the wrong item(s) sent or defective.  

Once we receive your return request, we will reach you out and guide you how to ship the product to us. Shipment fee will be borne by buyer. 

 

REFUND 

Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns, once STARHAIRE has received and inspected the item(s). We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return & refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.

If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher/ code. You will receive a refund only for the amount paid. If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher.   

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that we will not entertain exchange/return requests if the information provided is not complete or invalid.
